Landscape lighting is usually sold in pieces — a few path lights here, a couple of uplights there. The result is a yard with bright spots and dead zones that never quite reads as finished.
We plan the property as one system on one transformer set, zoned so areas can run independently. Each page below covers a part of that system and what it takes to do it well.

Planning note
Start with the outcome, then choose the parts.
Front of the house looks flat from the street? That is usually architectural accents plus two or three trees. Guests cannot find the door? Path and entry lighting. Backyard unusable after dark? Borders, seating, and the pool deck.
You do not have to decide the fixture list. Tell us which areas disappear at night and what you want the property to feel like, and the plan comes out of the walk-through.

Walk the property
We look at the home, the planting, the sightlines from the street, and where people move at night.
Build the plan
Fixture types, spacing, beam angles, wire runs, transformer size, and zones are decided before install.
Install cleanly
Wire is buried, transformers are mounted properly, and fixtures are set level and hidden.
Aim after dark
We come back at night to aim, dim, and balance the system before the job is closed.
